Swindon Crown Court
A 43-year-old woman who is to face trial accused of assault with intent to rob has been released on bail. Claire Gibbons, of Welbeck Close, Walcot, pleaded not guilty to carrying out the alleged attack on June 9, when she appeared at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to a trial date to be fixed and released her on conditional bail until then.
