A MAN who was caught after swallowing drugs he was going to supply is facing the prospect of a jail term.
Gilbert Waigo was arrested by undercover cops last summer and gulped down the packages of heroin as he fled into a nearby flat.
But the 28-year-old regurgitated the wraps of class A drugs before they could be ingested during the incident on July 18.
And when officers followed him into the property in Radnor Street they also discovered ten wraps of cocaine stuffed down the side of the sofa. Waigo, of Croydon, south London, pleaded guilty to two charges of possession with intent to supply when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Euan Ambrose adjourned the case to Friday, March 1, to allow the probation service time to compile a pre-sentence report and released Waigo on bail.
