Aunt 'assault' leads to trial

A 23-year-old man is to face trial by judge and jury charged with assaulting his aunt.
Kevin Bulmer is said to have left the woman with a suspected dislocated wrist in the alleged incident in Westlea on November 11.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to a charge of actual bodily harm when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Euan Ambrose adjourned the case to April 3. Bulmer, of Ferndown, Dorset, was released on bail to live there and not come to Wiltshire.
