Were more tyres slashed in Swindon?
SWINDON Police believe there could be more victims of the Swindon slashers and have urged them to come forward. The total number of cars whose tyres were affected rose to 97 following the widespread criminal damage in Old Town and the town centre on Wednesday and Thursday last week and two men, aged 17 and 18, were arrested on Friday.
Both were bailed pending further enquiries and anyone with information should contact Wiltshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
