Swindon teen accused of sex offence

A teenager accused of a sex offence against an underage girl the day after his 18th birthday has been released on bail.
James Little, of Manchester Road, faces an allegation of sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl on August 31. No charge was formally put to the defendant and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to May 10 and he released Little on conditional bail telling him not to contact witnesses, to stay out of Freshbrook and not to be with any female in the home.
