Run-down space could win £10k makeover
COMMUNITIES in Swindon are being encouraged to enter a new competition to breathe life into a run-down community garden space.
Public gardens that are in need of some TLC could be given a new lease of life thanks to a competition, run by garden weed treatment Roundup, which aims to give back to local communities use of a once loved space.
The total prize package, which is worth around £10,000, includes design time, gardening labour, garden furniture and plants.
