UPDATED: Severe delays at M4 junction 16 roundabout

Junction 16 of the M4
DRIVERS are being advised to avoid the roundabout at junction 16 of the M4 due to severe delays.
The problem has been caused by the traffic lights being out of sync and delays have been reported as far back at Royal Wootton Bassett High Street.
Police are on the scene.
11.19am: The road is now clear and traffic is moving freely. We'll have a story in tomorrow's paper about the issues and the knock on effect for other areas and businesses.
