Man, 54, faces child sex trial

A MAN is to stand trial charged with 21 child sex offences, including six of rape.
Jonathan Clack, of Tidsmead Crescent, is alleged to have committed the offences in Lechlade against a girl and two boys between 1971 and 1980.
The 54-year-old pleaded not guilty to 13 offences of indecency with a girl, six of raping her and two of indecent assault on the two boys when he appeared at Gloucester Crown Court earlier this week.
The girl was nine at the time of the alleged offences and the boys were both under 16.
The trial starts on April 29 and is expected to last up to eight days.
