Teen bailed on assault charge

A TEENAGER who is accused of carrying out a serious assault has been released on bail by a judge.
Morgan Sheppard is accused of grievous bodily harm with intent, affray and common assault in relation to the alleged incidents on November 24.
No charges were formally put to the 19-year-old and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
The case was adjourned to May 24 and Sheppard was bailed on condition he lives at his home in Doris Archer Court, Pinehurst, observes a night time curfew and does not contact certain witnesses.
