Form-filling time
MEMBERS of Swindon Council will soon be receiving the annual related party questionnaire form.
The questionnaire is designed to provide information about the interests of members, officers, and other related parties in transactions with the council to comply with disclosure requirements of the accounting code.
This is an annual disclosure requirement and may include transactions which are material to councillors but which are either not material to the council or which have no direct financial impact on its accounting records.
