Lecture on crime in the 19th century

Central library
CRIME and punishment in the 18th and 19th Centuries will be the subject of a talk at the Central Library on Monday.
Terry Bracher, a historian from the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre, will explain how it has changed through the years at 1pm.
Terry will also be on hand between 10am and 12noon to offer advice on family and local history research.
The talk is £1.50 for library members and £2.50 for non-members.
