A TEENAGER who is accused of sex offences against two underage girls on the weekend after his 18th birthday is to face trial by jury.
James Little is said to have had sex with a 15-year-old girl between August 31 and September 3 last year.
Little, of Manchester Road, who turned 18 on August 30, is also accused of being involved in sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl on the same weekend.
He denied two counts of sexual activity with a child when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Monday November 11, when he is to face trial, and released him on conditional bail.
