TROUBLED pop star Tulisa Contostavlos has pulled out of headlining the Big Summer Session at the County Ground next month.

Former X Factor judge Tulisa was bailed by police earlier this month after she was questioned over allegations in the Sun newspaper she arranged to sell cocaine to an undercover reporter.

The 24-year-old N-Dubz singer has stayed tight-lipped on the accusations but her friend, 35-year-old Mike GLC, who was also arrested and bailed on suspicion of supplying class A drugs, strongly denied the allegations against the pair.

Tulisa was set to top the bill of acts for the first night of the Big Summer Session at the home of Swindon Town Football Club on Friday, July 26 but organisers said she had pulled out of all future engagements.

She had appeared on versions of the promotional poster and on the Ticketmaster website listing, although her name has now been removed from both.

A spokesman for the Big Summer Session said: “Tulisa has announced she has pulled out of every single upcoming concert, not just the Big Summer Session, which was quite predictable.

“It’s one of those things – it was out of our hands.

“It would have been great to have Tulisa as part of the concert but we still have an attractive line-up, with several other top 10 artists.”

Two back-to-back shows were announced last month with the first night featuring chart acts such as Katy B, Wiley, Tinchy Stryder, Ms Dynamite, Luminites, McKnasty, Alexis Jordan and SD*Jem.

The following night will see some ‘90s pop nostalgia with Peter Andre, 911, Blue, Atomic Kitten, Liberty X, Honeyz, Five and B*Witched all taking to the stage.

The last time music events were held at the County Ground were Elton John in 2005 and Bryan Adams in 2006.

Tickets for both concerts cost from £35 and doors will open from 5pm for a 6pm start on Friday, July 26 and 4pm for a 5pm start on Saturday, July 27.

They can be bought by calling 0844 844 0444 or by visiting www.ticketmaster.co.uk and searching for the Big Summer Session.
