THE representatives of the estate of a deceased maintenance worker are seeking help after a post mortem report revealed that he suffered from mesothelioma, an aggressive asbestos-related industrial disease.

Solicitor Graeme Chisholm is appealing for Philip Tremblin’s co-workers to come forward with any relevant information that might assist the investigations.

Mr Tremblin died on May 25 at the age of 72. He worked at W.D and H.O. Wills in Swindon between approximately 1960 and 1987. Throughout this period of employment Mr Tremblin was employed as a boiler man and maintenance worker and his work included the service, maintenance and repair of the boilers and pipes. Given the nature of the job it required him to work in regular contact with asbestos.

Mr Tremblin was an active member of the bowls club at Supermarine in Swindon up until he became ill and a number of workers at W.D and H.O were also members.

Graeme Chisholm, of Novum Law, formerly known as Thrings, has been instructed. If anyone has any information then call the team on 0845 160 2536.
