RIDGEWAY Breast Cancer Support Group is hosting a support evening for sufferers who have concerns about losing their hair.

All are welcome on March 25 at the Ellendune Centre in Wroughton from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

The evening will feature a support evening about dealing with the loss of hair and visitors will have an opportunity to try on hats, scarves and other alternatives to wigs.

Colour Me Beautiful will also be attending the evening, providing advice and suggestions on how sufferers can enhance their appearance and their self-esteem.

Jackie Dicks, pictured, a member of the Ridgeway Breast Cancer Support Group, said: “As I am sure you will realise losing your hair is as bad as having to cope with chemotherapy, so this evening is about showing them how they can use wigs and scarves and other ways to help build their confidence.”

Visitors will also be able to enjoy refreshments.
