A TEENAGER who is accused of robbing a man of his mobile phone is to face trial by judge and jury.
Jake Skilton pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court.
The 19-year-old, of Queens Drive, is said to have carried out the mugging on December 14 last year.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to July 29, and released Skilton on conditional bail to live at home, observe a curfew and not contact the complainant.
