A MAN who is accused of trespass with intent to commit a sex act is to face trial.
Andrew Dowse, of High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, pleaded not guilty to the charge, and a charge of sexual assault, when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Monday October 13 and released the 31-year-old on bail.
