TWELVE people have appeared before a judge accused of conspiracy to supply cocaine in Swindon.

And four of them have admitted their roles in the drug trade between Tuesday, July 23 last year and Wednesday, April 30 this year.

Zak Knight, 25, Christopher Smith, 27, Jordan Packer, 27, and Alex Scotford, 30, all pleaded guilty to the charge when they appeared at Swindon Crown Court.

Knight, of Tyndale Gardens, Park North, Smith, of Bridge Street, Packer, of Burford Avenue, Walcot, and Scotford, of Haydon View Road, Pinehurst, admitted taking part in the conspiracy Six other men and two women also face the same charge but did not enter any pleas during the series of hearings.

They are Ben Blackmore, 24, Naunton Road, and Tyron Harman, 26, of Drakes Way, both Walcot, Thomas Price, 25, of Kent Road, and Stuart Wall, 35, of Lansdown Road, both Old Town, Darren Lazarus, 32, of Potters Bar, and Amy Brown, 33, St Albans, both Hertfordshire, Judmir Shazivari, 38, of Kensington, London, and Stacey Hayward, 33, of Billericay, Essex.

Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, July 25 and released all 12 on bail until then.
