A COUPLE who are accused of being involved in benefits fraud over a ten-year period have been released on bail by a judge.
Fatima Bibi, 37, is said to have failed to notify a change in circumstances between February 2003 and November last year.
And Abdul Shopon, 39, of Broad Street, is accused of aiding and abetting benefit fraud.
No charges were put to the pair during a brief appearance at Swindon Crown Court and they did not enter any pleas.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to August 8 and released Shopon and Bibi, who gave the court an address in Birmingham, on bail.
