Lee Page pleaded not guilty at Swindon Crown
A 22-YEAR-OLD man is to face trial accused of trying to rob a man and woman.
Lee Page pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault with intent to rob and one of common assault when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
He is alleged to have tried to rob the two people on October 27 last year as well as assaulting a third.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to a trial date to be fixed and released Page, of East Street, Swindon, on bail until then.
