A MAN who is accused of the attempted rape and sexual assault of a girl under 13 has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Sony Singh is said to have carried out the abuse on the girl in Swindon during the last six months of 2012.
No charges were put to the 31-year-old, of Leicester, and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, August 22, and remanded him in custody until then.
