Christopher Davies did not enter a plea at Swindon Crown Court
A MAN has appeared before a judge accused of raping and assaulting a woman just before Christmas.
Christopher Davies is said to have committed the sex offence and actual bodily harm on December 20 last year.
No charges were formally put to the 51-year-old, of Desborough, Freshbrook, and he did not enter any pleas at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to September 12 and released Davies on bail until then.
