COLLEAGUES of Cricklade PCSO Richard O’Halloran have wished him a speedy recovery after the officer broke his leg while playing in a charity football match on Sunday.
PCSO O’Halloran broke his leg in two places and will be out of work for some time while he recovers.
Sgt Martin Alvis, of the Royal Wootton Bassett and Cricklade neighbourhood policing team, said: “I'm sure you would all like to join me in wishing PCSO Richard O’Halloran from the Cricklade team a speedy recovery after he broke his leg in a couple of places while off duty yesterday playing football at a charity match.
“I spoke to Richard this morning and will be visiting him later in hospital. Meanwhile the rest of the team will be covering Richards absence. Get well soon Richard.”
