AUTHOR Lesley Pearse, pictured, is set to visit Royal Wootton Bassett Library in Borough-fields for an afternoon conversation with her readers.
Lesley will be on hand from 3pm on July 22 to talk about her latest novel and take questions about her work.
A spokesman from the library said: “A true storyteller, master of gripping storylines and one of the top five bestselling female fiction authors in the UK will be talking to an audience at Royal Wootton Bassett Library.
“Inspired by stories of courage and adversity and often giving voice to women lost in history, Lesley will be talking about her most recent bestseller, Survivor, a story of bravery, fortitude and love.
“She is an engaging and fascinating author and speaker and her research for her stories has taken her far and wide; from Alaska to the Crimea.”
Tickets – which are free – are available from the library. You can also book by calling 01793 853249.
