A BURGLAR who stole an engagement ring when he raided three hotel rooms has been remanded in custody.
Jamie Anstey also stole two handbags and their contents, bank cards, an iPhone and a camera from two of the rooms.
And the 35-year-old took a television from third room at the DeVere hotel in West Swindon between Saturday March 29 and Tuesday April 1.
Anstey, of Fenland Close, Middleaze, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to August 8 and remanded him in custody until then.
