A GROUP of youngsters headed to London over the weekend to put on an all-singing, all-dancing performance.
The Kitty Langan Dance Studio took part in a variety performance at the London Palladium on Sunday and put on two six-minute performances.
Kitty Langan, owner of the studios, which are based in Haydon Wick, said: “It was an exhausting day but everyone had a really good time. We travelled down with the families and I think everyone had fun.
“It was great to be able to perform on the stage at the Palladium.”
In order to make the trip a reality, the girls, who are aged from five to 15, had to raise around £1,400 which they achieved through a number of charity events.
“We want to say thank you to everyone who donated money,” said Kitty.
“The money was used to hire the coach and help with the costumes. A lot of people came down to our car wash and bag packing events so we are grateful to all of them.”
