Two cyclists injured in a head on collision with a van between the Sally Pussey pub and the M4 are in a stable condition in hospital.
The collision occurred on the A3102, Swindon Road, shortly before 1.30pm yesterday.
Two cyclists, a male and female, were transported to Southmead hospital in Bristol for treatment.
Both had sustained head injuries and multiple fractures but remain in a stable condition with non life-threatening injuries.
A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said: "Both cyclists suffered head injuries and multiple fractures in the collision.
"Both have non life-threatening injuries and remain in Southmead Hospital in Bristol in a stable condition."
