POLICE have released an e-fit of a man they would like to trace in connection with an assault in Swindon.
The incident took place between 7.30pm and 8pm on Tuesday, September 16 in Headlands Grove.
A 16-year-old girl was walking close to the junction of Headlands Grove and Marsland Road when she was approached by a man walking in the opposite direction, towards Cricklade Road.
The man walked over to the girl and punched her causing a minor injury to her cheek.
He has been described as an Asian man, between 30 and 40 years old, around 6ft tall and of large build. He had a black beard and was wearing a long sleeved white kaftan, white trousers and a small white turban.
