A man who took part in a mugging in Gorse Hill has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Christopher Chomiw, 26, pleaded guilty to a charge of robbery when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Chomiw, of no fixed abode, and others took an iPhone 5C, wallet and contents from a victim who was in alley to the rear of Beatrice Street on Thursday, October 2.
Judge Peter Blair QC adjourned the case until Friday, November 28, to give the probation service time to compile a report and remanded him in custody until then.
