Bowood House is twinkling with festive cheer after the launch of its three-day Christmas Extravaganza, which began with a preview event last night.
The Extravaganza aims to provide a relaxed antidote to the seasonal shopping frenzy, with luxury giftware and inspirational ideas. All profits will be going to the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.
The Extravaganza is open today, 10am to 8pm, and tomorrow, 10am to 3pm. Tickets are £6 each when booked in advance, or £8 on the day.
Lady Lansdowne said: “I am tremendously excited about these diary dates and looking forward to welcoming a large crowd of enthusiastic shoppers to Bowood House to join in the fun, be inspired in the run-up to Christmas and help raise much-needed funds for the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust at the same time.”
As well as 40 gift stalls selling items from stocking fillers to indulgent presents, there will be live Christmas decoration and gift wrapping demonstrations.
