A MAN accused of raping a woman twice on consecutive days is to face trial by judge and jury.
Daniel Fraser, 22, pleaded not guilty to the two allegations when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
It is alleged that Fraser first raped the woman on April 26 and again on April 27.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to May 11 next year and released him on conditional bail until then.
