Chiseldon Post Office will be officially re-opened on Friday
CHISELDON Post Office will be officially re-opened on Friday.
South Swindon MP Robert Buckland will be joined by Coun Fionuala Foley (Con, Chiseldon & Lawn) to reopen the service at its new location, the rebuilt Chaplin’s newsagents, in the High Street, which has become a Spar convenience store.
The post office opened to customers yesterday. The previous branch closed in April 2013 due to the postmaster’s resignation and the withdrawal of premises.
