A 24-year-old who is accused of two counts of rape has been released on bail by a judge.
Luke Jackell is said to have carried out the sex attacks on the same woman on Friday, August 15, last year.
No charges have been formally put to Jackell, of Tavistock Road, Park North, and he has yet to enter a plea.
Judge Tim Mousley QC, sitting at Swindon Crown Court, adjourned the case to Friday, January 23, and released him on bail until then.
