Four people have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after being picked up by officers overnight.
Police reacted to reports of two dwelling burglaries, in Rivers Way in Highworth and Rawlings Close in South Marston, overnight on 16 January.
Three men and one woman, aged between 19 and 25, were arrested shortly after the incidents. All four have now been bailed as the burglary team investigate the incidents.
PC Sandra Higgins-Hughes, beat manager for Highworth, said: "Overnight on 16 January 2015 we received reports of two burglaries, one in Rivers Way, Highworth and the other being Rawlings Close, South Marston.
"Three males and one female, aged between 19 and 25, have been arrested. The forces Burglary Team are carrying out the investigation. The four are currently on bail whilst the investigation continues.
"Please be vigilant and report anything suspicious to the non emergency 101 number."
