A 21-year-old man who is accused of driving dangerously last summer is to face trial after denying the charge.
Richard Brown, of Blackpool, Lancashire, was behind the wheel of a Citroen Saxo when it was driven from Commercial Road to Broome Manor Lane on Saturday, June 7.
But he insists his driving on Commercial Road, Oxford Road, Drove Road, Marlborough Road and Broome Manor Lane was not dangerous and, at Swindon Crown Court, he denied the charge.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Wednesday, April 29, and released him on bail until then.
