A 49-year-old man has pleaded guilty in court to stalking a North Swindon woman.
Neil Sparks, from Rodbourne, admitted acting in a way which caused serious alarm and distress to his victim.
The court gave Sparks a six-week prison sentence, which has been suspended for two years. He will spend the next three months on a curfew between 8pm and 8am, which will be monitored via an electronic tag.
Mr Sparks has also been given a restraining order, which bans him from going within 100 yards of Oakhurst Primary School, and he must not be in a specified road in Oakhurst.
He will also have to report to the probation team for the next two years and participate in a Building Better Relationships course for 29 days.
