Normal traffic conditions are expected from 7pm, says the Highways Agency
TRAFFIC is reported to be queuing for five miles on the M4 westbound at Junction 16 (Swindon West) because of an accident involving a van and a car earlier on.
All lanes have been re-opened but congestion is affecting Junction 15 (Swindon East).
The Highways Agency said normal traffic conditions are expected from 7pm.
