LARMER Tree Festival, which stars Sir Tom Jones, is looking for breakthrough music acts to compete for the chance to play at this summer's festival on July 15-19 and take part in its 25th celebrations.
Sir Tom, who performed at 2014’s festival in Salisbury, will kick off the opening night of this year’s event. Other artists on the bill include folk-punk band Levellers, guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela and Bellowhead.
Up for grabs is the chance to play on the same line-up along with four-day festival tickets for all winning musicians.
To apply, just share one track of your music with the festival organisers in a message from your SoundCloud account by clicking the track's share button.
Submissions to soundcloud.com/larmertreefest close at 5pm on Wednesday.
The tracks will be whittled down to a shortlist which is then opened up to a public vote, with six finalists being announced on Thursday, April 2.
The chosen finalists go head-to-head in the live final on Saturday, April 11, at 60 Million Postcards, Bournemouth.
Acts are judged on the night by a panel led by festival founder and music programmer James Shepard, when the two winners will be crowned.
