A WOMAN will appear at Bristol Crown Court next week charged with the murder of Swindon man Michael Redpath.
Police were called at on the night of September 10, 2014, to a fire in Albion Street, Swindon, where it was believed a man may have still been inside.
Mr Redpath, 62, was rescued from inside the building by Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service but died at hospital as a result of his injuries.
A post-mortem examination took place and the coroner gave the cause of death as inhalation of smoke and burns.
Patricia Hindle, 30, from Crombey Street, Swindon, will appear at Bristol Crown Court on Thursday, April 30.
