PIOTR Janowski, who is accused of killing Windrush's Simon Shore in a Hampshire road traffic collision on January 24, will face trial on July 13.
Janowski, 48, pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and three other counts at Winchester Crown Court on Thursday.
Mr Shore, 53, was a passenger in a Vauxhall Zafira when it was hit by a HGV on the northbound carriageway of the A34, near Tufton.
