BLENDING hit songs with new material, Judie Tzuke will take to the Arts Centre stage and do what she does best – perform acoustically.
The singer songwriter’s first album Welcome To The Cruise was released in 1979 along with the single Stay With Me 'Till Dawn, which stayed in the UK charts for 16 weeks. The song became a firm favourite and is still played regularly on radio. It has featured on dozens of compilation albums and regularly tops the lists of all-time most popular songs.
To this day, Judie remains one of the UK's most unique singers and songwriters.
"I have to think it's all possible or I might as well stop, and I don't want to stop now,” she said. “ I don't want to be thought of as an artist from any particular era, I feel I am just as much from the 70s as from this decade... I'm just doing what I do".
Judie Tzuke will be at the Arts Centre at 8pm on Saturday, June 6. Tickets are £21. To book call 01793 524 481 or visit swindontheatres.co.uk.
