A PARK South man is listed to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with four driving offences and drugs possession.
Conrad Hendricks, 49, of Cranmore Avenue, is due in the dock for a series of offences committed on June 24, which took place in and around the court itself.
He is charged with using an Audi A6 in the court car park in Princes Street without third party insurance, a valid vehicle licence or a registration plate.
He is also charged for using the car otherwise than in accordance with the licence authorising him to drive the vehicle.
He is accused on wilfully obstructing PC Best of Wiltshire Police in the execution of his duty that day.
Hendricks is also charged with having cannabis on him.
It is the first time these charges have been listed with the court and he is listed among those expected to enter a not guilty plea.
