A MAN who admitted driving a Renault Clio dangerously is to face a trial of issue over the facts of what took place.
Dean Bird admitted being behind the wheel of the 13-reg vehicle on Saturday, March 14, when it was driven dangerously on Oxford Road and the B4006.
But Bird, 32, of Watercrook Mews, Westlea, will face a trial before a judge to establish the facts of the driving.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to as date to be fixed and released Bird on bail until then.
