MARION SAUVEBOIS questions Caroline Peyton, nutritional therapist, Old Town

Do you cook a lot yourself? What is your failsafe dish?

Like so many people I'm busy with work, family, so "proper cooking" time is limited. My quick failsafe healthy dish is an omelette with herbs and vegetables.

Where do you like to eat out? How often?

Living on the edge of the Cotswolds we have lots of wonderful pubs to eat at. One of our favourites is The Village Pub, Barnsley.

What do you always hope to find on a menu? For starter? Main course? Dessert?

Good natural ingredients. Starter: something with goat’s cheese; main: some sort of fresh fish, dessert (if I'm naughty) has to be chocolate-based!

Which foods did you hate as a child? Do you eat them now?

I hated mushy peas and still do! I was never a fan of a joint of meat and don't eat meat now.

What is your favourite drink? Alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Champagne! Other than that I actually like water.

Marmite: yes or no?

Yes, I love it but rarely eat it.

What is your guilty pleasure when it comes to food... something you know you shouldn’t eat, but do anyway?

Chocolate, but it's usually Green and Blacks dark chocolate

You are on your own at home watching a film. What is you snack of choice?

Not sure I'd eat anything and don't watch much TV but if I did it would probably be chocolate.

You’re eating a bacon sandwich... ketchup, brown sauce or nothing at all?

I don't eat bacon!
