A DOZEN people have appeared before a judge accused of being involved in the trade in hard drugs.
The 12, half of whom are from Swindon and half from East London, are accused of conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
It is alleged they planned to deal in the drugs on the streets of Swindon between April and July last year.
Judge Peter Crabtree adjourned the case to Friday, October 23, and released them all on bail until then.
The six from Swindon are: Anthony Watson, 25, of Oakham Close; Farid Ali, 39, of Moredon Road; Catrina Burrell, 22, of no fixed abode; Benjamin Murphy, 26, of Stonefield Close; Brian Roberts, 51, of Edington Close; and Zoe Walters, 29, of Pewsham Road.
The East Londoners are: Younis Nouinou, 23; Ruhel Miah, 26; Jasmin Mahmud, 24; Jakir Khan, 29; Jahinur Khan, 25; and Siddique Ali, 36.
