Do you cook a lot yourself? What is your failsafe dish?
Yes. My failsafe dish is baked salmon, mash potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Where do you like to eat out? How often?
I like Prezzo, Ask and Loch Fyne. I eat out a few times a month.
What do you always hope to find on a menu? For starter? Main course?
I always look for amazing desserts. For starter, calamari. For main course, excellent steak. For dessert, crème brûlée.
Which foods did you hate as a child? Do you eat them now?
Liver, fish and lumpy vegetable soup. I eat them now except the liver!
What is your favourite drink? Alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Talisker whisky straight up and elderflower water.

Yes.
What is your guilty pleasure when it comes to food... something you know you shouldn’t eat, but do anyway?
A lot of cakes.
You are on your own at home watching a film. What is you snack of choice?
Sweet and salty popcorn.
You’re eating a bacon sandwich...ketchup, brown sauce or nothing at all?
Brown sauce, but just a little!
