An application has been made to Swindon Borough Council by Eurofood Kitchen for the grant of a Premises Licence at 38 Commercial Road, SN1 5NS, Swindon that allows:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises
Mon to Thu 10am-10pm, Fri & Sat 12am-11pm, Sun 12am-8pm
Opening hours
Mon to Fri 10am-10pm, Sat & Sun 12am-8pm
The application can be viewed at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays. Representations must be made in writing no later than 09/09/2015 28 DAYS AFTER CONSULTATION PERIOD BEGINS.
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
