Computer glitch delays election results
Candidates and supporters were left on tenterhooks at the Oasis as the new on-line voting system suffered a technical setback.
A breakdown in the wireless voting system meant electronic results were delivered two hours late.
Earlier today the connectivity system, a secure server that collects on-line votes, failed completely at polling stations in Covingham and The Lawns.
