JIMMY Carr has been described as ‘the hardest working man in comedy’.
Which, let’s face facts, is not that impressive. It’s like being the ‘tallest dwarf’ or the ‘healthiest Glaswegian’ (Jimmy’s words not ours). But let’s turn to the numbers – they speak for themselves.
His tours have drawn in 1.5 million spectators altogether. And he has become a television fixture after clocking in 10 years hosting Channel 4’s panel show 8 out of 10 cats.
Now he is back on the road with Funny Business and will make a pit stop at the Oasis tomorrow night. Expect his signature witty and incisive musings on the human condition and the usual crude gags.
