A wheelchair bound man who is accused of sexual assault and indecent exposure has been released on bail by a judge.
Peter Harfield, 48, is said to have carried out the sex attack on a man on Friday, March 20, the same day as the alleged flashing matter.
No charges were formally put to Harfield and he did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Friday, November 27, and released him on conditional bail until then.
